Day 1: Journey into the Desert & Sunset Spectacle

• Start Time: 1:30 PM
• Wadi Dawka (UNESCO World Heritage Site): Begin your adventure with a visit to this significant valley, a natural sanctuary where thousands of precious Frankincense trees grow. Learn about the harvesting of frankincense drops, which were once more valuable than gold. Wadi Dawka is part of the "Land of Frankincense" UNESCO designation, highlighting its historical and cultural importance.
• Ubar - The Lost City (UNESCO World Heritage Site): Continue your journey along the ancient Frankincense route to the ruins of Shisr, widely believed to be the legendary lost city of Ubar (also known as the "Atlantis of the Sands" or Iram of the Pillars). These ruins offer a glimpse into a glorious past when Ubar served as a vital center for the incense trade. You'll have the opportunity to photograph camel herds in the vicinity.
• Rub' al Khali Desert & Dune Bashing: Enter the vast expanse of the Empty Quarter desert. Experience an exhilarating "adrenalin ride" with expert drivers navigating the diverse shapes of the sand dunes in 4WD vehicles.
• Dune Climbing & Sunset: Have fun climbing the high sand dunes, feeling the "moving sands" between your feet (barefoot is recommended, but flip-flops if too hot). Ascend to the peaks for breathtaking panoramic views of the "sea of sand" as the sun slowly descends towards the horizon. This is the perfect time to capture stunning photographs of the desert landscape silhouetted against the setting sun.
• Traditional Dinner & Stargazing: As night falls, enjoy a delicious traditional dinner under the vast, open sky. Far from any light pollution, the Empty Quarter offers incredible opportunities for stargazing, allowing for a truly "soul healing" experience.
• Overnight Stay: Spend the night in comfortable tents nestled amidst the high sand dunes, immersing yourself fully in the desert environment.

Day 2: Sunrise & Return Journey

• Sunrise: Wake up to witness a magical desert sunrise, a truly unforgettable moment as the first rays of light illuminate the dunes.
• Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast served at the camp.
• Return: Depart the desert and return to your hotel (estimated return time: 10:30 AM).
